Wally Ross is the founder and president of RTA. After serving as a senior-partner of one of the four largest accounting firms, Wally ventured out and established his own tax and accounting firm in 1998. Over the course of years, Wally has built his firm, his clientele, and his professional staff upon the basic values of excellence and reliability.

Jordan Baigas has been the office manager of RTA since 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in 2006 with a depth study in business and dance education. Jordan is responsible for all administrative duties at the firm and is a great go-to person should you ever have a general question or concern.

Rene Beeslaar has been working in the field of accounting for over eighteen years during which she has obtained various accounting certificates. Rene joined RTA as a tax accountant in 2007 and is currently studying to earn her Bachelor of Science in Business and, thus, complete the CPA exam. She is well regarded for her client relationships and her extensive knowledge of Quickbook software.

Inga Janketic has been involved in almost every administrative aspect of RTA for the past ten years. Currently, Inga works part-time in our human resource and accounts receivable departments. Having spent numerous years in the professional world, Inga's proudest accomplishments are her four sons.

Silvia Ross, a Bachelor of Arts graduate, has been a part of RTA since 1998. She has seen firsthand every component involved in the firm?s steady growth and development. Silvia currently works as a staff accountant to small businesses and is responsible for the firm's books.

Trang Tran joined RTA immediately after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2005. She brings to RTA her comprehensive accounting and tax knowledge and enjoys the firm?s client-based interactions.

Zayda Villa became a tax accountant at RTA after leaving the banking industry in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Belmont Abbey College and has since begun taking classes at Central Piedmont Community College to earn credits for the CPA exam. Zayda is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to new challenges in her career.
